Helping people who suffer from peripheral neuropathy

Dr. Brian W. Scott, Peripheral Neuropathy Specialist

About Dr. Brian W. Scott D.C., B.C.N., C.F.M.P.

Hello, I’m Dr. Brian Scott, a Peripheral Neuropathy Specialist, and I’ve been a healthcare provider since 1988. For more than 35 years, I have devoted my work to helping people overcome chronic health challenges that interfere with their comfort, independence, and daily activities. Since 2012, I have focused my practice almost entirely on peripheral neuropathy, a condition that affects millions of individuals yet is often misunderstood, under-treated, or dismissed as an inevitable part of aging. I strongly believe no one should have to live with progressive nerve damage or accept constant pain, numbness, or burning as “their new normal.”

How My Neuropathy Focus Began

My journey into neuropathy care was shaped by years of clinical experience, including time spent at some of the nation’s largest and most advanced Peripheral Neuropathy Clinics. Working with hundreds of neuropathy patients taught me a simple but important truth: lasting relief doesn’t come from masking symptoms — it comes from addressing the underlying nerve dysfunction.

Over time, I began to recognize consistent patterns:

  • Many patients were told there was “nothing more to do.”

  • Most were only offered medications that temporarily reduce symptoms.

  • Very few were shown how to support the body’s natural ability to repair nerve damage.

  • The best results happened when patients engaged in consistent, daily care.

These observations shaped my belief that a more patient-centered, empowering approach was not just beneficial — it was necessary.

Why I Developed an In-Home Neuropathy Program

As a Peripheral Neuropathy Specialist, I saw first hand that most patients did not receive the frequency of care needed to improve their nerve function. They would attend a handful of appointments, feel a little better, and then symptoms would return because the care wasn’t consistent enough.

Patients faced real barriers:

  • Limited mobility

  • Travel challenges

  • Distance from neuropathy specialists

  • Busy schedules

  • The high cost of ongoing in-office care

This led me to ask an important question:
“What if patients could receive medical-grade neuropathy care from the comfort of home — safely, affordably, and consistently?”

Advancements in technology and years of clinical research made the answer possible. I developed a comprehensive in-home neuropathy treatment program designed to put effective tools directly into the hands of the patient.

This program includes:

  • Medical-grade therapeutic equipment

  • Evidence-based protocols refined through years of clinical experience

  • Simple, step-by-step guidance

  • Treatments that can be used safely at home, anytime

With consistent application, nerves can be supported, circulation can improve, and symptoms can begin to change.

My Purpose: Education, Empowerment, and Real Relief

As a Peripheral Neuropathy Specialist, I created this website because people deserve clear, truthful information — not confusion, not hopelessness, and not a lifetime of medication that does nothing to stop the progression of nerve damage.

My mission is to:

  • Educate individuals about what neuropathy is and how it progresses

  • Explain what actually helps nerves restore proper function

  • Provide practical, effective, non-drug solutions

  • Empower people to take an active role in their healing

  • Offer clarity and direction for those who feel stuck

Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been searching for answers for years, my goal is to offer a real path forward — one based on proven methods, modern technology, and patient-centered care.
