FORCE MAJEURE

Neuropathy Relief Inc. will be free of liability to the User/Purchaser if prevented from executing its obligations under this Agreement in whole or in part as a result of Force Majeure, including, but not limited to; pandemics, earthquake, typhoon, flood, fire, and war or any other unforeseen and uncontrollable event where Neuropathy Relief Inc. has taken any and all appropriate action to mitigate such an event.

REFUND POLICIES AND FEES

Neuropathy Relief Inc. may remedy any non-conforming Product by providing a refund of the purchase price or at Neuropathy Relief Inc. sole discretion, repair or replace any or all of the Product.

 

All returns must have prior authorization. Please email info@myneuropathyrelief.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please include the Return Authorization Number inside the package.

Users/Purchasers will be issued a refund (less a 20% restocking fee) within 14 days of product purchase from the http://myneuropathyrelief.com/ Shop upon the return, at the Purchaser’s expense for the full paid amount of the product, of unused, unexpired, unopened (seals/wrappers intact), undamaged products. Please allow 10 days for a refund to be issued via credit card or check. Failure to comply with the above instructions will affect the processing of purchaser’s return. In the event of the original Purchasers/Users death after 14 day refund period, no refund will be given to family members or executors of the estate.

No refunds will be issued after 14 days.

Returned checks will be assessed any and all bank fees associated with the Non Sufficient Funds (NSF) in addition to a 10% re-processing fee.

SHIPPING

Products purchased directly from the myneuropathyrelief.com Shop will be shipped within 1-3 business days from receipt of the order. Orders that qualify for free shipping (orders over $100) will also be shipped within 1 to 3 business days of receipt. Carriers are selected at the time and discretion of the Shipper. Shipping times may vary based on your shipping address, carrier delays and product availability. Purchases made through a third-party site will be shipping according to their shipping Terms and Conditions.

Shipping hours are Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 3:00PM EST, excluding holidays.

 

GOVERNING LAW

The laws of the State of Virginia shall govern these Terms and Conditions, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement and Terms and Conditions shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be severable from these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
